Merle and Zane were amazing they went above and beyond the call and helped me out a great deal with the install of the furnace in the AC. I went through the quote process with 4 other companies before choosing OyBoy. Jason is great at what he does. Instead of asking my budget and selling me exactly that, he evaluated our home and needs and gave us the best system for what we needed at a price we could afford. His bids came in under everyone else with the name brand products. I don't feel oversold in anyway like I did with other companies. In fact, Jason was able to throw in a bunch of upgrades and still keep it affordable (electrical work, attic fan, humidifier). Ours was no small job since we needed a new furnace, new A/C, an entire electric box makeover and a conversion from a swamp cooler system. Jason's team did it all for us. The installers were TOP NOTCH. Merl is smart and a hard worker. He was in my home all day and again, did what was best for my home and not what was necessarily easiest for him to install. I really can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with this crew. It was also great that they do contracts through Lowe's because it made financing the huge project really easy (and interest free with a new Lowe's card). I don't think we'll ever use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend OyBoy.

We started with a consultation via Lowe’s, and Jason came out to give us a quote. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I truly felt like he listened to our needs. He provided multiple options for various budgets and wasn’t pushy. We decided to go with a two stage system and we are thrilled with the result! Oyboy installed a brand new Furnace, AC, humidifier and UV light airscrubber in replacement of my old units. They were contracted through Lowes, and throughout the entire process they've been very responsive and professional. Steve did a great job at answering all my questions, request for clarifications and options throughout the bidding process, and then their crew did a really good job once on site for install. They were on time, very cordial, and did a very good job at explaining the scope of their work for the day, as well as summarizing the work done at the end of the day. They left the house very clean, and I now sit in a really comfortable place! I did not think my house could get that comfortable in the summer heat! On top of it their pricing through lowes was very competitive for the units installed! I will definitely get back to them for HVAC service.
